摘要
指出了水是自然界的重要组成物质,是环境中最活跃的要素,是一切物质存在与发展的前提,对于维持生态功能和安全具有重要作用。但是,在快速城镇化和工业化的进程中,由于城乡基础建设严重滞后,水污染也来越严重。为了改善河道水质和水环境,加强水污染治理和水资源保护,以某县D河为研究区,于2018年8月,运用无人机、实地踏勘和定点监测的方法获取了一手资料,根据中华人民共和国《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002),结合污染物超标倍数法对D河主要断面进行了评价。结果表明:D河流域各个出境断面水质处于劣Ⅴ类,但是较往年有所改善。对实施"河长制"工作具有非常重要的意义。
        Water is an important component of nature,the most active element in the environment and the prerequisite for the existence and development of all substances.It also plays an important role in maintaining ecological functions and safety.However,in the process of rapid urbanization and industrialization,water pollution has become more and more serious due to the serious lag in urban and rural infrastructure construction.In order to improve river water quality and water environment,water pollution control and water resources protection will be strengthened.TakingD river in the county as the research area,in August 2018,primary data were obtained by means of unmanned aerial vehicles,field survey and fixed-point monitoring.According to the surface water environmental quality standard of the People's Republic of China(GB3838-2002),the main section of D river was evaluated with the method of superstandard multiple of pollutants.The results show that the water quality of each exit section in the D River Basin is inferior to the V category,but it has improved compared with previous years.It is of great significance to implement the"river length system".
