基于环境责任的三方利益共同体构建的演化博弈分析

摘要
为探索中企在一带一路建设中绿色发展模式的稳定性并制定有效的政策,通过演化博弈模型探讨了在两国政府建立合作的基础上建立利益共同体机制促进中企自觉履行环境责任的问题。研究表明,通过两国政府合作建立利益共同体机制,不仅能提高中企履行环境责任的意愿,还能提高中国政府的国际形象,降低监督成本,而且还能加强一带一路沿线国家的合作意愿,降低合作风险,提高合作收益。
In order to explore the stability of the green development model of China Enterprises in the Belt and Road construction and formulate effective policies, the evolutionary game model is used to explore the establishment of a community of interest mechanisms based on the establishment of cooperation between the two governments to promote the conscious implementation of environmental responsibility by Chinese enterprises. Studies have shown that the establishment of a community of interest mechanisms through cooperation between the two governments will not only improve the willingness of Chinese enterprises to fulfill their environmental responsibilities, but also enhance the international image of the Chinese government, reduce the cost of supervision, strengthen the willingness of cooperation among countries along the Belt and Road, reduce the cooperation risks and increase the benefits of cooperation.
