城镇化与服务业的空间格局及耦合协调态势——以河南省为例

摘要
为厘清城镇化与服务业的关系,基于河南省的城镇化与服务业两大系统,选取23个指标,通过因子分析法、协调度模型测度2007-2017年河南省各地级市的城镇化与服务业的指数,构建出两者"耦合-协调性"的评价指标体系,进一步衡量了河南省各地级市城镇化与服务业发展水平的耦合协调情况。结果表明:河南省城镇化与服务业的整体格局呈现出比较显著的空间异质性现象和明显的"三级分化"的空间分类态势;郑州、洛阳的城镇化发展水平与其服务业发展水平是高度协调型(即第一级分化)且洛阳的耦合-协调度高于郑州,呈现出"双极面状"的空间格局;焦作、许昌、南阳、鹤壁、漯河、安阳、新乡和平顶山的城镇化与服务业综合水平差异较小,属于中度耦合协调型(即第二级分化),在空间上呈现以郑洛为核心逐渐向外围递减的圈层状空间格局且呈现出趋同态势;周口、商丘、三门峡、开封、信阳和驻马店属于低度耦合协调型(即第三级分化),主要区位指向河南东南部和西部地区。基于河南的空间格局和耦合现状,进一步给出了相应的政策建议。
        Based on the two major systems of urbanization and service industry development in Henan Province, 23 indicators were selected to construct an evaluation index system to measure the ‘coupling-coordination' between them.Factor analysis method and coordination degree model were used to measure the index of urbanization and service industry development in Henan Province, as well as the coupling and coordination between the two. The results were as follows.(1)The comprehensive level of urbanization and service industry development in Henan Province had a relatively significant spatial heterogeneity and a clear ‘three-level differentiation' in terms of the spatial classification.(2) The development level of urbanization in Zhengzhou and Luoyang and the level of service industry development were highly coordinated(that is,first-level differentiation), and Luoyang ‘coupling-coordination' was higher than Zhengzhou's, showing a ‘bipolar' spatial pattern.(3) The difference in the level of urbanization and service industry development in Jiaozuo, Xuchang, Nanyang,Hebi, Luohe, Anyang, Xinxiang, and Pingdingshan was small and belonged to the moderate coupling coordination type(that is, second-level differentiation). Prefectures and cities with moderate ‘coupling-coordination' presented a coordinated spatial pattern. Zhengzhou-Luoyang, which was taken as the core circle that gradually wants to reduce the circle-like spatial pattern of peripheral cities, presented the spatial trend of a ‘convergence club phenomenon'.(4) Finally, the comprehensive index of urbanization development level and service industry development level of Zhoukou, Shangqiu, Sanmenxia, Kaifeng,Xinyang, and Zhumadian was relatively poor, belonging to the low level(that is, third-level differentiation). Prefectures and municipalities of this type are mainly located in southeastern and western Henan.
