摘要
地下管线是一个城市生存和发展的重要前提和保障,其能够保障低下管线安全和稳定的运行。近年来,我国开始推进城市地下管线信息化建设,不断出台相关的法规和政策,并积极与外界保持交流,学习先进的技术以及管理理念。因为各种原因,地下管线事故常常发生,因此必须要加强城市地下管线的有效监管和立定法律法规,制定一套完善的技术标准系统,并且大力推进我国城市行业技术。
        Underground pipeline is a city of survival and development of the important premise and guarantee its security is low to pipeline safety and stable operation. Then from the end of last century, our country began to promote internal city information construction of underground pipelines, in this process has introduced policies and regulations to improve and maintain a positive communicate with the outside world, learning advanced technology and management concept, these are to a large extent to enhance the level of operation and management of city underground pipeline safety and high efficiency. And the way to the city underground pipeline safety and efficient operation to bring security, play a very important role. Because the technology and knowledge management A variety of reasons, let the human underground pipeline accident happens. We must strengthen the effective supervision of city underground pipelines and establish laws and regulations, establish a set of perfect technical standard system, and vigorously promote the city industry in China, these are all we need to complete the main task in the future.
