摘要
依托超超百万机组燃煤电站清洁高效的优势和污染物环保治理的措施,对城镇泥减量化、无害化、资源化处理,利用百万机组直吹式中速磨煤机干燥出力大、塔式锅炉容积热负荷小等特点,创造性提出了可掺烧含水率达60%的污泥耦合燃煤发电技术,可以直接处理污水厂出厂污泥,无需蒸汽干化,降低投资,大幅度减少污泥处置成本,并可以遏制二噁英大量生成,实现污染物达标排放。
Relying on the advantages of clean and high efficiency of super-million coal-fired power stations and measures for environmental protection of pollutants, the urban mud is reduced, harmless and resource-treated, and the drying capacity of a one-unit direct-blowing medium-speed coal mill is utilized. Large and tower-type boilers have small volumetric thermal load and other characteristics. This paper proposed a sludge-coupled coal-fired power generation technology with a water content of 60% creatively. It can directly treat the sludge from the sewage plant without steam drying and reduce investment.
