摘要
[目的]研究不同浓度香蕉汁对金钗石斛组培苗生长的影响。[方法]以金钗石斛无菌组培苗为材料,以MS为基本培养基,研究不同浓度的香蕉汁(0、10、20、30、40 g/L,其中0为对照组)对金钗石斛组培苗生长的影响。[结果]香蕉汁浓度为30 g/L时,金钗石斛组培苗生长速度最快,株高增长最明显,鲜重增加最多,根系粗壮发达,且与对照组相比差异明显。[结论]以30 g/L香蕉汁为培育金钗石斛组培苗的最佳浓度。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different banana juice concentrations on the growth of Dendrobium nobile tissue culture seedlings.[Method]Sterile tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium nobile were used as materials,and MS was used as the basic medium to study the effects of different concentrations of banana juice(0,10,20,30,40 g/L,of which 0 was the control group) on the growth of tissue culture seedlings.[Result]When the concentration of banana juice was 30 g/L,the growth rate of the tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium nobile was the fastest,the growth of plant height was the most obvious,the fresh weight increased most,the root system was thick and developed,and the difference was obvious compared with the control group.
