摘要
光稳定剂生产废气成分复杂,主要含有二甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、环氧乙烷和非甲烷总烃等挥发性有机物(VOCs),属于难处理的化工废气。根据光稳定剂生产废气的特点,采用冷凝/水喷淋/三室RTO工艺为主体的废气处理工艺。结果表明,该处理系统安全、高效,稳定运行,各项指标均达到了《江苏省化学工业挥发性有机污染物排放标准》(DB 323151-2016)的要求,同时为光稳定剂生产废气处理工程的设计和运行提供了成功经验。
The volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in the light stabilizer production mainly contain xylene, methanol, ethanol, acetone, ethylene oxide and non-methane hydrocarbons, which are difficult to treat. According to the characteristics of light stabilizer production waste gas, condensation/water spraying/three room RTO process is adopted as the main waste gas treatment process. The results show that the treatment system is safe, efficient and stable. All the indicators meet the requirements of Jiangsu Chemical Industry Volatile Organic Pollutants Emission Standard(DB 323151-2016). This study also provides a successful experience for the design and operation of the light stabilizer production waste gas treatment project.
