重庆市社会环境监测机构管理系统设计与实现

摘要
由于国家对社会环境监测机构的管理日益规范,重庆市为了监督管理环境监测机构的社会化服务活动,需开发一套社会环境监测机构管理系统,支持管理人员对社会化环境监测机构信息和基础数据进行管理、更新和维护。文章研发出一套社会环境监测机构管理系统,对社会环境监测机构进行准入名录、监测业务、监测质量、信息公示等管理。该系统实现了社会环境监测机构相关信息的外网填报、内网审核、规范发布等功能,在全国社会环境监测机构管理领域为首例。
As the state has increasingly standardized the management of the social environment monitoring organization, in order to supervise and manage the social service activities of the environmental monitoring institution, a set of social environmental monitoring mechanism management system is needed to be developed. Support management personnel to manage, update and maintain the information and basic data of the socialized environmental monitoring mechanism. In this paper, a set of social environmental monitoring organization management system is developed, and the management of the access list, the monitoring service, the monitoring quality,the information publicity and the like of the social environmental monitoring institution is carried out. The system realizes the functions of external network filling, internal network audit and specification release of relevant information of the social environment monitoring institutions, the management area is the first case.
