摘要

基于节约优先、保护优先、自然恢复为主的方针,通过分析厄瓜多尔生态环境现状,识别生态环境限制性因素,分析厄瓜多尔流域综合规划实施将产生的主要生态环境影响,并提出预防或者减轻不良环境影响的对策和措施。
        Based on the policy of saving priority, protection priority and natural recovery, this paper analyzes the status quo of ecological environment in Ecuador, identifies the restrictive factors of ecological environment, analyzes the main ecological and environmental impacts of the implementation of the integrated planning of Ecuador basin, and proposes prevention or mitigation of harm. Countermeasures and measures for environmental impact.
