摘要
以湘西某经济开发区新建污水厂为例,介绍了该工程工艺流程、设计参数及设计特点。分析了工程运行过程中实际进出水水质情况。其污水处理工艺为"预处理+水解酸化池+AAO+二沉池+高密度沉淀池+生物炭滤池+紫外消毒",污水经处理后主要指标COD、BOD_5、SS、NH_3-N、TN、TP等可稳定达到《生活污水处理排放标准》(GB 19818—2002)一级A标准;污泥处理工艺采用"污泥浓缩+污泥调理+高压隔膜板框",污泥含水率压至50%以下后填埋。污水厂投资为3 576.7元/m~3,运行费用为0.434元/m~3。
Taking a new WWTP in an economic development zone in Xiangxi as an example, technological process, design parameters and design features are introduced. Water quality of influent and effluent is analyzed. Process of the wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) is pretreatment + hydrolysis acidification tank + AAO + secondary sedimentation tank + high density sedimentation tank + biochar filter + ultraviolet disinfection. After the treatment, COD, BOD_5, SS, NH_3-N, TN, TP and other major indicators of sewage can be stabilized up to first grade A standard of Discharge Standard of Domestic Sewage Treatment(GB 19818—2002). Sludge is treated by sludge concentration + sludge conditioning + high pressure diaphragm plate frame, and moisture content of the sludge is reduced to less than 50%, then landfilled. Investment of the WWTP is 3 576.7 yuan/m~3 and operating cost is 0.434 yuan/m~3.
