摘要
文章以深圳区域的司法建设为研究对象,介绍了针对司法领域网络安全建设的开发需求、软件设计及关键技术,提出利用电子认证+区块链技术+云计算技术结合,打造一个可信的电子存证固证服务平台"证聚",集认证、存证、鉴证、取证功能于一体,有效证明数字资产、电子合同的可靠性,提高取证效率和证明力,降低用户的维权成本,并应用于司法裁判全流程各环节,有效提高司法机关办案质量和效率,为我国经济特别是互联网经济的快速、健康、有序发展营造公平、诚信、和谐的法制环境。
This paper takes the judicial construction in Shenzhen as the research object, and introduces the development requirement, software design and key technology for network security construction in the judicial field, and proposes to build a trusted electronic deposit and consolidation certificate service platform. By combining electronic authentication, block chain technology and cloud computing technology, this platform integrates the functions of authentication, storage and identification, proves the reliability of digital assets and electronic contracts, improves the efficiency and power of evidence collection, reduces the cost of user's rights protection. It has been applied to all the links of the whole process of judicial adjudication, which improves the quality and efficiency of judicial organs in handling cases effectively, and creates a fair, honest and harmonious legal environment for China's internet economy.
