中链脂肪酸的抑菌作用及在断奶仔猪料中应用

摘要
中链脂肪酸能够快速、有效的为断奶仔猪氧化供能,其独特的结构和代谢途径使其具有抑制细菌、调节仔猪肠道菌群结构、促生长等方面的作用,被应用于断奶仔猪料中是具有可行性的。文中阐述了中链脂肪酸吸收代谢途径、抑菌作用机制、对仔猪肠道的影响及应用在断奶仔猪料中的饲喂效果。探讨中链脂肪酸应用到断奶仔猪料中的必要性和提高仔猪生产性能最大化的策略。
