摘要

应用科学发展观的原理,从人文哲学、人本理念来认识和发展安全文化,进行了分析、思考。对矿山企业安全文化的主要内容、载体和表现形式,进行了论述探讨。从传统文化与现代文明的结合中提炼,创造适合我国国情的矿山企业安全管理模式。
        Applying the principle of scientific development concept, the safety culture is understood and developed from humanistic philosophy and humanistic concept, and the analysis and reflection are made. The main contents, carriers and manifestations of safety culture in mining enterprises are discussed. From the combination of traditional culture and modern civilization, we can create a safety management model suitable for our national conditions of mining enterprises.
