摘要
为解决多指标方案的优选问题,进一步丰富方案优选方法类型,提出了优势比较法。从评价指标体系中剔除无用指标,对其余指标进行归一化和加权处理,形成方案集的决策矩阵;根据方案优选的确定性和一致性要求,提出方案相对优势的概念,确立方案相对优势的计算方法,建立方案集的优劣判定矩阵,对不同方案进行优劣排序。水利工程方案优选案例表明:优势比较法计算简便,能够确定可信的最优方案。因此,该方法可与其他评价方法相互佐证,为水利工程方案优选提供更充分的决策依据。
The superiority comparison method( SCM) is presented in this paper, so as to find the best scheme from the scheme set with multi-index and further expand the optimization method library. Initially, the useless indexes are removed from the evaluation index system, and the other indexes are normalized and weighted to form decision matrix of scheme set. According to the demands of determinacy and consistency, the concept of comparative advantage is proposed for the optimal selection. Then, the computing method of comparative advantage is determined and lay the foundation for building the judgment matrix of scheme set, which decides the superiority ranking of each scheme. The optimization of water conservancy project( WCP) schemes shows that SCM is easily utilized and is able to find the credible optimal scheme. Therefore, it could be mutually validated with the other evaluation methods to provide more sufficient decision-making basis for the optimal selection of WCP schemes.
