摘要
目的建立工作场所空气中磷酸的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定法。方法空气中磷酸用微孔滤膜采样,超纯水洗脱,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱在213.618 nm波长处测定磷酸中磷的含量,以标准曲线法定量。结果该方法在0.5~50μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 5。检出限为0.05μg/ml,工作场所空气中最低检出浓度为0.03mg/m3(以采集75 L空气样品计),加标回收率为93.7%~97.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%~5.6%。结论该方法快速、准确,适合工作场所空气中磷酸的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of phosphoric acid in the air of workplace by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES). Methods Phosphoric acid in the air of workplace was sampled with micropore filtermem brane and eluted with water. The phosphorus in phosphoric acid was analyzed by ICP-AES at 213.618 nm.Analytes were quantified by standard curve method. Results For the method,good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.5-50 μg/ml,and the correlation coefficients was 0.999 5. The limits of detection was 0.05 μg/ml,the minimum detectable contents was 0.03 mg/m~3 in air of workplace with 75 L sampled air,the average recoveries were 93.7 %-97.3 %,the RSDs were 3.7%-5.6%. Conclusion The established method has high accuracy and is rapid for the determination of phosphoric acid in the air of workplace.
