摘要

本文以湖北省长湖为研究对象,通过对长湖现行管理体制的分析研究,在河湖长制背景下提出完善管理体制的设想,为我国其他区域跨界湖泊的管理改革提供借鉴。
        This paper takes Changhu Lake in Hubei Province as the research object. Basing on the analysis and research on the current management system of Changhu Lake, it puts forward the idea of perfecting the management system under the background of Rivers and Lakes Chief System, and provides reference for the management reform of trans-boundary lakes in other regions of China.
