超磁分离与曝气生物滤池组合工艺在黑臭水体治理中的应用

摘要
河道黑臭严重影响居民生活和城市形象。治理城市黑臭水体已成为当前城市水环境治理的焦点问题。黑臭水体成因复杂,影响因素众多,单一的治理技术通常无法实现稳定高效、低成本治理。以某黑臭水体治理项目为例,在河道综合整治及雨污分流管网等工程未完全发挥作用前,应用超磁分离与曝气生物滤池组合技术对黑臭水体进行快速处理,实践证明该组合工艺能有效去除水中污染物,主要水质指标CODcr、 TP、 NH3-N和SS等达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级A标准,河道水质明显改善。该组合工艺单位水量投资1 300元/m~3,运行成本0.58元/m~3。该工艺在黑臭水体治理中具有良好的应用示范作用。
        The black-odorous river course seriously affects residents' life and city image. The treatment of urban black-odorous water has become the focus of urban water environment management. The cause of formation of blackodorous water body is complex, and there are many influencing factors. The single treatment technology usually cannot achieve stable, efficient & low-cost treatment. Taking a black-odorous water treatment project as an example, before the comprehensive river regulation and rainwatersewage diversion pipeline network works have not fully played their role, the combined technology of supermagnetic separation and biological aerated filter is applied to treat black-odorous water rapidly. The practice proves that the combined technology can effectively remove pollutants in the water. The main water quality indicators are CODcr, TP and NH3-N and SS meet the first-class standard A of GB 18918—2002 Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants, and the water quality of the rivers has been significantly improved. The unit water investment of the combined process is 1 300 yuan/m~3, and the operation cost is 0.58 yuan/m~3. The process has a good application & demonstration role in the treatment of black-odorous water.
