摘要
以长江经济带为例,基于考虑非合意产出的SBM模型测算了2001—2015年长江经济带11个省市的绿色全要素用水效率,并运用Moran’sⅠ和空间计量模型分析了用水效率对经济增长的空间效应,研究结果表明:研究期内,长江经济带绿色全要素用水效率表现出整体稳定上升但地区间不平衡的特征;绿色全要素用水效率存在显著的正向空间自相关,在研究期内,全局Moran’s I呈现波动性上升的趋势;空间计量模型的估计结果表明区域间绿色全要素用水效率对经济增长存在显著的空间溢出效应,即本地经济增长不仅受到本地区用水效率的影响,还会受到邻接地区的影响。
Based on a Slack Based Measure SBM model, which considers undesirable outputs, this paper estimates the green total-factor water use efficiency of the Yangtze River economic zone from 2001 to 2015. Then Moran's Ⅰ and spatial econometric model are introduced to analyze the spatial spillover effects of green total-factor water use efficiency on economic growth. Some conclusions show as follows: During the study period, water use efficiency of the Yangtze River economic zone experiences a gradual rise. However, there still exists an imbalance characteristic among regions. The spatial autocorrelation effect of water use efficiency is significant. Also, the global Moran's I shows an upward trend in volatility. Regression results of spatial econometric model show that there exists significant spatial spillover effects of water use efficiency on economic growth among regions, which indicates that local economic growth is affected by not only local water use efficiency, but also by efficiency in adjacent regions.
