摘要
为了解决玻璃钢锚杆托盘和螺母配合存在的问题,充分分析了楔形托盘螺母和球面托盘螺母的配合结构受力特点和受力优缺点,对比了一种球面托盘螺母配合结构的受力特点和配合优缺点,结合两种托盘螺母的优缺点,提出一种减小托盘螺母接触面、减小阻力、增强预紧力的托盘螺母配合结构形式。
In order to solve the problems existing in the matching of FRP bolt pallets and nuts, the advantages and disadvantages of wedge-shaped and spherical pallets and nuts are fully analyzed. Combining the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of pallets and nuts, a new type of matching structure of pallets and nuts is proposed,which can reduce the contact surface of pallets and nuts, reduce the resistance and enhance the preloading force.
