摘要
UGC数据为研究游客对空气质量的满意度提供了新视角。采用网络爬虫获取新浪微博近七年来游客对北京、福建5A景区空气质量发布的32万余字的评论文本,通过基于Boson中文语义开放平台的情感分析法测算满意度值。研究发现,北京、福建景区空气质量整体满意度评价值分别为0.752、0.811,等级依次为良级、优级;从时间演变来看,北京呈下降趋势,降幅为6.41%,福建呈上升趋势,涨幅为1.76%;游客对北京景区的雾霾等空气污染讨论频次高于福建。因此,建议旅游电商、社交媒体等平台应充分重视UGC数据的挖掘,积极探索建立游客满意度评估管理系统。
