摘要
美国金融消费者保护局(CFPB)作为美国金融消费者权益保护的主要机构,近年来,不断加大对金融消费者权益保护的创新,在创新和保护金融消费者权益间积极寻求平衡。通过创新,增进了公众对现代金融产品和服务的了解。本文通过对其做法进行研究,认为我国在推进金融消费者权益方面可借鉴其做法。
As the main institution of financial consumer protection in the United States, the Financial Consumer Protection Bureau(CFPB) has been increasing innovations in the protection of financial consumers' rights and interests in recent years, actively seeking a balance between innovation and protection of financial consumers' rights and interests. Through innovation, the public's understanding of modern financial products and services has been enhanced. Through the study of its practices, this paper holds that China can learn from its practices in promoting the rights and interests of financial consumers.
