摘要
针对传统电子秤存在的不能对称重数据与交易记录进行储存、统计和数据传输方式不标准的问题,设计一种新型电子秤.其利用CC2540低功耗蓝牙模块获取并处理A/D转换模块采样的重量数据,并按照自定义的通信接口协议,使用蓝牙或串口将数据传输至Android移动终端.基于Android系统开发的电子秤APP,能实现与低功耗蓝牙模块的无线或有线连接、称重数据接收,滤波和统计、收银、商品管理、交易记录储存和导出、生成报表等的功能.该新型电子秤具有简单易用、数据处理功能强的特点,可在商业市场中应用.
A new type of electronic scale is designed for the problem that the traditional electronic scales can not store and count weighting data and transaction records, and the data transmission mode is not standard. It uses the CC2540 Bluetooth low energy module to acquire and process the weighting data sampled by the A/D conversion module, and transmits the data to the Android mobile terminal using Bluetooth or serial port according to a customized communication interface protocol. The electronic scale APP which is developed based on the Android system can realize the functions of connecting with Bluetooth low energy module by wireless or wired method,reception, filtering and statistics of weighting data, cash register, commodity management,transaction record storage, export and report. The new electronic scale is easy to use and has strong data processing capabilities for use in the commercial market.
