摘要
天车升沉补偿系统在浮式海洋钻井平台上得到广泛应用,其中摇摆装置上的钢丝绳缠绕方式对摇摆装置受力变化、钢丝绳运动规律及升沉补偿效果均有非常重要的影响。针对三种典型天车升沉补偿方案分别建立数值分析模型,同时在钢丝绳交叉缠绕方案基础上提出增设一组导向滑轮的优化方法,并进行了优化效果验证,结果表明:钢丝绳交叉缠绕式方案摇摆装置和钢丝绳受力工况恶劣,且存在窜绳现象,在一定程度上降低了升沉补偿效果;钢丝绳顺绕式方案的工作效果最佳,但与钻机连接的结构非常庞大;钢丝绳交叉缠绕式方案在优化后窜绳现象消失,同时摇摆装置受力得到大幅度优化,获得了集两种钢丝绳缠绕方案优势于一体的效果。
        The crown-heave compensation device is widely applied in floating offshore drilling platform. The swing device's wirerope enwinding ways have very important influence on the swing arm's force variation,wirerope's motion rule and the heave compensation efficiency. Through establish and analysis the model of three kinds of crown-block heave compensation scheme,puts forward a optimization method such as add a set of guide pulley on the wirerope intercrossed winding scheme,and gets optimization result. The result shows that the crown-block heave compensation schemes with intercrossed enwinding wirerope have bad working conditions and wirerope movement phenomenon,which reduces the compensation effect to a certain extent. The crown-block heave compensation scheme with along enwinding wirerope has good working conditions,but its connection part with the drilling rig is too large. When the crown-block heave compensation schemes with intercrossed enwinding wirerope after optimized,the wirerope movement phenomenon is eliminated and the swing arm force gets substantial optimized,and obtain the advantages integrating of two kinds of wirerope enwinding schemes.
