摘要
采用不同锥度上部开口散射器,对325 mm×1000 mm滤筒侧壁压力峰值进行脉冲喷吹清灰实验。结果表明:在0. 4 MPa喷吹压力下,相比于无散射器,采用上部开口散射器,滤筒上部侧壁压力峰值增大98%以上,下部侧壁压力峰值减小33. 6%以上,有效地解决了上部清灰不足,下部清灰过度的问题,沿滤筒长度方向侧壁压力峰值清灰均匀性增强。采用上部开口散射器,当锥度增大时,能有效提升清灰强度,但不同锥度情况下的脉冲喷吹压力使用范围不同。相比无散射器情况,在较低的喷吹压力下,仍能满足清灰要求,可节约脉冲气源能耗,同时,高效清灰的喷吹距离范围更大,能更好地适应工况变化。
The peak pressure of a 325 mm×1000 mm filter cartridge was tested by pulse spray eleaning using different taper upper opening diffusers. The results showed that under the injection pressure of 0. 4 MPa,compared with the non-diffuser,the pressure on the upper sidewall of the filter cartridge was increased by more than 98% using the upper opening diffuser,and the pressure on the lower sidewall was reduced by more than 33. 6%. The problems of insufficient cleaning of the upper part and excessive cleaning of the lower part were solved,and the uniformity of the peak pressure of the side wall along the longitudinal direction of the filter cartridge was enhanced. The upper opening diffuser could effectively improve the cleaning strength when the taper was increased,but the pulse blowing pressure was different in different taper conditions. Compared with the case of no diffuser,the cleaning requirements could still be met under lower cleaning pressure,which could save the energy consumption of the pulsed gas source. At the same time,the range of high-efficiency cleaning was larger,which could better adapt to the efficient cleaning under changing condition.
