绿色发展理念下的环境群体性事件研究

摘要
当前,我国经济社会进入了中高速发展阶段。随之而来的环境污染与生态破坏问题日趋严重,与此相关联的环境群体性事件此起彼伏,直接影响了我国社会的和谐稳定。研究立足我国环境群体性事件的执法现状,指出执法过程中的不足之处,并对其原因展开了深入分析,在绿色发展理念的引领下提出完善执法的对策建议,以期为相关执法部门提供有益参考。
At present, China's economy and society has entered a stage of medium-high speed development. The environmental pollution and ecological damage are becoming more and more serious, and the environmental mass events associated with it have been one after another, which directly affect the harmony and stability of our society. Based on the current situation of law enforcement of environmental mass events in China, this study points out the shortcomings in the law enforcement process, and analyzes the reasons for it in depth. Under the guidance of the concept of green development, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving law enforcement. In order to provide useful reference for relevant law enforcement departments.
