不同基质对闽西青冈扦插生根的影响

摘要
通过开展不同基质对闽西青冈扦插生根时间和生根率的影响研究,结果表明:闽西青冈在不同基质中的平均生根时间和平均生根率差异极显著,且平均生根时间与平均生根率呈极显著负相关;A4处理(3泥碳土∶3珍珠岩∶4红心土)最有利于闽西青冈的扦插生根,平均生根时间和平均生根率分别为30d、73.67%,其他依次是A1处理组(3泥碳土∶3锯末∶4红心土)、A6处理组(3泥碳土∶3蔗渣∶4红心土)。
