摘要

在深化行政审批制度改革工作的基础上,分析新形势下提升建设工程质量监督人员监督实务能力的必要性。基于上海市开展建设工程监督系统技术业务对标、试点"啄木鸟"岗位练兵等活动的背景,研究建设工程质量监督人员监督实务能力的组成构架,就如何在新形势下提升建设工程质量监督人员监督实务能力提出建议。
        Based on deepening the reform of the administrative approval system,the paper try to analyze the necessity of improving the supervision of practical ability of the construction engineering quality supervisor under the new situation. Based on the comparison of Business in Shanghai,the paper try to research the composition of the supervision of practical ability of the construction engineering quality supervisor,and discuss how to improve the Supervision of practical ability of the construction engineering quality supervisor.
