从《中央日报》看马歇尔使华之际国民党的舆论宣传

美国特使马歇尔使华消息传到中国,国共谈判面临新机遇。《中央日报》担负着宣传国民党政治主张的责任,在马歇尔抵华前后,积极为国民党宣传造势,诋毁中共政权及中共军队,片面解读美国政策,为国民党一党独裁政府辩护,从而争取马歇尔特使的支持,以巩固国民党既得利益。
When the news that the special envoy of the United States Marshall was to be sent to China reached China, the negotiation between Kuomintang and the Communist Party was facing new opportunities. Central Daily was responsible for the propaganda of the political proposition of Kuomintang. Before and after Marshall's arrival in China, Central Daily actively propagandized Kuomintang, defamed the Communist Party and its army, interpreted American policies unilaterally, and defended the one party dictatorship of Kuomintang to seek the support of Marshall so as to consolidate the vested interests of Kuomintang.
