摘要

有色金属行业的迅猛发展,为国民经济水平的提高起到了促进作用。但在技术能力有限,发展方式又相对粗放的大环境下,片面强调速度的提升和有色矿产品产量的提高,破坏生态环境的问题出现是必然结果。为了协调好环境保护与矿业发展的关系,本文在第三部分绿色矿山建设的挑战和应对策略提出相应观点,为今后有色金属行业的有序发展提供参考。
        The rapid development of nonferrous metal industry has promoted the improvement of national economic level.However, in the context of limited technical capacity and relatively extensive development mode, one-sided emphasis on the speed of the increase and non-ferrous mineral production, damage to the ecological environment is the inevitable result of the problem. In order to coordinate the relationship between environmental protection and mining development, the third part of this paper, Challenges and countermeasures of green mine construction, puts forward the corresponding point of view to provide reference for the orderly development of nonferrous metal industry in the future.
