摘要
指出网购和电子商务的迅猛发展给中国人带了便利的生活,同时所带来的环境污染、资源浪费等问题也日益突出。针对政府监控下快递包装回收网络,通过建立三种政府监控下的快递包装回收网络,并分析快递包装逆向物流在三种模式下的系统总成本,得出结论,即电商回收模式更具优势。
        This paper points out that the rapid development of online shopping and e-commerce, while bringing convenience in life,has also caused environmental pollution and resources waste, etc. Targeting the recycling network of express parcel packages under government supervision, we establish three modes of the express delivery parcel recycling network under government supervision, analyze the total cost of each of them, and at the end, conclude that the e-commerce based mode is more advantageous.
