摘要
擦窗机结构虽然不同,但是在它正常工况下受力情况都大体相似。基于此,主要介绍了擦窗机是由电机为动力驱动齿轮齿条推动主臂下一级臂外伸,其他臂通过链轮链条来驱动外伸,达到同步伸缩的目的。另外,分析了同步伸缩臂伸缩力,为电机功率计算和重要零部件选型奠定基础。
Although the structure of the window cleaning machine is different, the force conditions under normal working conditions are generally similar. Based on this, it is mainly introduced that the window cleaning machine is driven by the motor to drive the gear rack to push the lower arm of the main arm to extend, and the other arms are driven by the sprocket chain to achieve the purpose of synchronous expansion and contraction. In addition, the telescopic force of the synchronous telescopic arm is analyzed, which lays a foundation for motor power calculation and important component selection.
