摘要
为满足多样化的深海岩心取样需求,基于作业型ROV技术的发展,研制了以ROV为作业平台的深海底岩心取样钻机。通过采用轻量化和模块化设计、统一技术接口设计标准的方法,实现了取样钻机与作业型ROV两机一体化。样机在2000m级水深的富钴结壳矿区完成了第一阶段的试验工作。试验表明,取心钻机工作性能稳定,其设计达到国内先进水平。ROV搭载钻机作业,在深海取样工程中的应用前景广阔。
In order to meet the diversified requirements of deep-sea core sampling technology,a deep-sea core sampling rig using ROV as working platform,was developed based on the development of operational ROV technology.By adopting the methods of lightweight and modular design as well as unifying technical interface design standard,the integration of sampling rig and ROV was realized.The prototype completed the first stage of the sea trial work in the cobalt-rich crust mining area with the depth of 2000 meters.The sea trial showed that the deep-sea core sampling rig had a stable and reliable performance,and its design could reach the advanced level in China.ROV-mounted drilling rig operation would have broad application prospects in deep-sea sampling engineering.
