摘要
依据国家《"十三五"挥发性在有机物污染防治工作方案》,以重点地区为主要着力点,以重点行业和重点污染物为主要控制对象,推进VOCs减排,强化新增污染物排放控制。尤其对于焦化行业来说,首先要精准确定各工段VOCs泄漏点,实现源头防控,突出重点,建立VOCs污染防治长效机制,促进环境空气质量持续改善和产业绿色发展。
        According to the national "13 th Five-Year Plan for Prevention and Control of Volatile Organic Pollutants" and with key areas as the main focus and key industries and key pollutants as the main control targets, we will promote VOCs emission reduction and strengthen emission control of new pollutants. Especially for coking industry, first of all, it is necessary to accurately determine the leakage points of VOCs in each section,realize source prevention and control, highlight key points, establish a long-term mechanism for VOCs pollution prevention and control, and promote the continuous improvement of environmental air quality and the green development of the industry.
