论城镇污水处理厂在总量减排战略中的重要作用——以临沧市为例

摘要
以临沧为例,介绍了全市生活污染源排放与分布情况、污水处理厂建设基本情况。数据统计显示:截止到"十二五"末的2015年,临沧市建成投入运行城镇生活污水处理厂7家,全年生活污水处理量达到1994万t,COD削减量3527.8 t,氨氮削减量457.7 t;纳污河流的污染指数呈现明显的降低趋势,水环境质量得到有效改善。说明城镇生活污水处理厂的建设运行对总量减排、改善区域环境质量功不可没。
By taking Lincang as an example,the discharge and distribution status of domestic pollution were introduced as well as the general information about the sewage treatment plants.By the year of 2015,there were seven sewage treatment plants in Lincang.The total amount of treated wastewater was 19940 thousand tons each year.The removal amounts of COD and ammonia were 3527.8 tons and 457.7 tons,respectively.The water environmental quality has been improved with the obvious decreasing trend of the pollution index of rivers.Therefore,based on the data analysis,it pointed out that the construction of sewage treatment plant in Lincang was of great importance to reduce the emission of domestic pollution sources and improve the quality of regional water environment.
