摘要
为减弱钙离子对甘蔗皮碱预处理废液厌氧发酵产甲烷的抑制效应,采用CO_2去除该废液中的钙离子。通过单因素试验探讨了温度、CO_2通入量以及时间对钙离子去除率的影响以及溶液p H值、总糖和总酚含量的变化。研究发现当温度为30℃,CO_2通入量为120 m L条件下,预处理废液中p H值为7. 9左右,钙离子去除率最高为64. 45%,总糖损失率8%,总酚去除率60%。结果表明,CO_2可有效去除该预处理废液中的钙离子浓度,同时有效保留了糖分,减少总酚的含量。
In order to reduce the inhibitory effect of calcium ions on the anaerobic fermentation of sugarcane alkali pretreatment effluent,CO_2 was used to remove calcium ions from the waste liquid. The effects of temperature,CO_2 flow and time on removal rate of calcium ion and p H value,total sugar and total phenol content of the solution were investigated by single factor experiments. The study found that the optimal conditions for calcium removal were as follows: temperature was 30 ℃,the CO_2 flow was 120 m L and the time was 5 min. The pH value,calcium removal efficiency,total sugar loss and total phenol removal efficiency of the effluent were 7. 9,64. 45%,8% and 60%,respectively. The results showed that the use of CO_2 can effectively remove the calcium content in the pretreatment effluent,effectively retain the sugar content and reduce the total phenol content.
