摘要
应用预制钢筋骨架可提高施工质量、缩短施工工期,在施工现场可靠、方便地连接预制钢筋骨架是其推广应用的关键技术,通过介绍CABR钢筋套筒灌浆连接技术在港珠澳大桥人工岛项目预制钢筋骨架连接中的现场应用情况,总结梁预制钢筋骨架与节点预留钢筋连接、柱预制钢筋骨架与柱预留钢筋连接等工艺流程。通过工程实践可知,该技术符合节能减排、绿色施工等发展趋势。
The application of prefabricated steel skeleton can improve the construction quality and shorten the construction period. The reliable and convenient connection of the prefabricated steel skeleton at the construction site is the key technology for its promotion and application. It is prefabricated in the artificial island project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge by introducing CABR steel sleeve grouting connection technology. This paper summarizes the process flow of the connection of beam prefabricated steel frames and nodes reserved steel bars,the connection of column prefabricated steel bars frames and columns reserved steel bars. Through engineering practice,the technology meets the development trend of energy saving and green construction.
