基于风险指引的建筑震后消防性能化设计
摘要
地震后的火灾会给社会造成巨大损失。虽然不少研究已经开发了基于性能的抗震设计方法和防火设计方法,但很少有研究将抗震设计和消防设计整合在结构化性能设计中。本文概述了地震后火灾问题和建筑性能,介绍了基于性能的建筑震后消防设计方法,开发了一个地震易发区域的基于风险指引的性能化设计概念框架。
