摘要
煤矿老采空区水害破坏性大,一旦发生,后果往往很严重,因此对采空区积水的探放工作至关重要。在探放过程中,可根据水压的变化、钻孔溢出风流或气味判断探放水情况。城郊煤矿针对22002工作面回采后形成的老空积水,设计了二水平西翼泄水巷进行集中疏放,使用ZDY4500LXY型煤矿用履带式液压钻机进行施工,对钻孔从下孔口管、加固孔口管、水量监测、效果评价方面进行详细要求,保证了煤矿的安全生产。
        Water hazard in old goaf of coal mine is destructive.Once it happens,the consequences are often very serious.Therefore,the exploration and drainage of water in goaf is very important.In the process of exploring and releasing water,the situation of exploring and releasing water can be judged according to the change of water pressure and air flow or odor from boreholes.Aiming at the goaf water accumulated in 22002 working face after mining in Chengjiao Coal Mine,a two-level west wing drainage roadway was designed for centralized drainage,ZDY4500 LXY crawler hydraulic drill was used for construction.Detailed requirements were made for drilling from the bottom of the hole,reinforcement of the hole,monitoring of water volume,and evaluation of the effects to ensure the safe production of coal mines.
