福建省海洋经济及其对区域经济的影响

摘要
为提高福建省海洋经济发展水平,进一步促进其区域经济发展,文章根据2001—2015年的相关统计数据,分析福建省海洋经济及其对区域经济的影响,并提出建议。研究结果表明:福建省海洋经济总体实力不断增强,海洋产业结构不断调整并趋于稳定,但仍需进一步提升和优化;福建省海洋经济对全国、福建省和福建省沿海城市经济的贡献逐步扩大,平均贡献率分别为0.87%、25.6%和30.45%;福建省海洋经济在GDP、产业结构和就业等方面的影响效应均较强,对区域经济起到良好的推动作用;福建省应把发展海洋经济作为主要抓手,具体包括优化海洋产业结构、促进海洋科技创新、加强海洋生态文明建设以及建立健全陆海统筹发展机制。
In order to improve the level of marine economic development in Fujian province and further promote its regional economic development,the paper analyzed the marine economy of Fujian province and its impact on the regional economy based on relevant statistics from 2001 to2015,and made recommendations.The research results showed that the overall strength of the marine economy in Fujian province was continuously enhanced,the structure of the marine industry was continuously adjusted and stabilized,but it still needed to be further improved and optimized.The contribution of Fujian′s marine economy to the economy of the coastal cities of China and Fujian province is gradually expanding.The average contribution rate was 0.87%,25.6%and30.45% respectively.The impact of Fujian′s marine economy on GDP,industrial structure and employment was strong,which played a good role in promoting regional economy.The development of marine economy was main focus in Fujian province,including optimizing the structure of the marine industry,promoting marine science and technology innovation,strengthening the construction of marine ecological civilization,and establishing a sound development mechanism for land and sea.
