摘要
目的通过免疫组织化学实验探讨Rab27B和HPV16/18蛋白质在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达的意义。方法收集慢性宫颈炎组织和宫颈鳞癌组织连续石蜡切片,采用免疫组织化学实验检测慢性宫颈炎组织和宫颈鳞癌组织中HPV16/18和Rab27B蛋白质的表达水平。通过统计学分析分别研究HPV16/18和Rab27B蛋白质在宫颈鳞癌组织的表达意义。结果 HPV16/18在慢性宫颈炎组织中感染率为13. 5%,而在宫颈鳞癌组织中为46. 2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。Rab27B蛋白质表达水平在慢性宫颈炎组织中,中、强阳性表达为32. 4%。在宫颈鳞癌组织中,中、强阳性表达为63. 3%。两者比较具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。宫颈鳞癌组织中Rab27B表达水平高,HPV16/18表达水平也高;慢性宫颈炎组织中Rab27B表达水平较低,HPV16/18表达水平也低(P<0. 05)。结论宫颈鳞癌组织中Rab27B蛋白质的高表达结合HPV16/18蛋白质的表达,可能和宫颈鳞癌的发生和发展相关。
Objective To explore expression significance of Rab27 B and HPV16/18 protein in tissues of squamous carcinoma of the cervix by immunohistochemistry experiment. Methods Collected the continuous paraffin sections of chronic cervicitis and squamous carcinoma of the cervix tissues. The expression levels of HPV16/18 and Rab27 B protein in chronic cervicitis and cervical cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry experiment. The expression significance of HPV16/18 and Rab27 B proteins in cervical cancer tissues was studied by statistical analysis,respectively. Results HPV16/18 infection rate in tissues of chronic cervicitis is 13. 5%,whereas HPV 16/18 infection rate in tissues of cervical cancer is 46. 2%,the difference is statistically significant( P <0. 05). In addition,Rab27 B protein expression level accounted for 32. 4% of the moderate positive and strong positive rate in chronic cervicitis tissues,moreover,the moderate positive and strong positive rate is 63. 3% in tissues of cervical cancer,the difference is statistically significant( P<0. 05). Furthermore,Rab27 B protein is highly expressed so as HPV16/18 protein expression level in tissues of cervical cancer,whereas,Rab27 B protein expressed lowly so as HPV16/18 protein in chronic cervicitis tissues( P<0. 05). Conclusion The higher expression of Rab27 B protein in cervical cancer tissues may be related to tumorigenesis. The expression of Rab27 B protein in cervical cancer tissues combined with the expression of HPV16/18 protein may contribute to the tumorigenesis and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
