摘要

高职院校的大学生是一个特殊的群体,与普通大学生的思想政治工作存在较大的差异。高职院校更注重技能传授,普遍轻素质培养,使得高职院校学生的思想政治方面更容易出现问题,从而给他们以后的事业和生活带来一定不良影响。本文主要针对高职院校学生的实际情况,就如何更好地做好学生的思想政治教育工作展开论述,采用创新性和针对性的措施帮助解决现阶段高职院校思想政治工作中存在的问题。
        The college students in higher vocational colleges are a special group,and there are great differences with the ideological and political work of the ordinary college students.Higher vocational colleges pay more attention to skills training and light quality training,making the ideological and political problems of vocational college students more prone to problems,which will bring adverse effects on their future career and life.Based on the actual situation of students in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses how to better do ideological and political education for students,and adopts innovative and targeted measures to help solve the problems existing in Ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges.
