摘要
通过测定包衣包被的白花三叶草种子在不同pH、NaCl和PEG浓度下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和平均发芽时间,探讨了其在逆境条件下的萌发特性;结果表明,pH对包衣包被白花三叶草种子萌发影响不明显;不同盐浓度下三叶草种子萌发为对照>50 mmol/L>100 mmol/L=150 mmol/L,4个指标均存在极显著差异;不同PEG浓度处理白三叶草种子的发芽特性均明显低于对照。综合来看,白花三叶草在弱酸性条件下萌发最好,耐盐性差和能耐受相当于5%PEG浓度的干旱胁迫。
The germination rate, germination potential, germination index and average germination time of coated white clover seeds under different pH, NaCl and PEG concentrations were measured, and the germination characteristics under stress conditions were discussed. The results showed that the effect of pH on seed germination of coated white clover was not obvious. There were significant differences in seed germination of clover as control > 50 mmol/L > 100 mmol/L =150 mmol/L under different salt concentrations. The germination characteristics of white clover seeds treated with different concentrations of PEG were obviously lower than that of the control. On the whole, white clover germinates best under weak acid condition, and has poor salt tolerance and tolerance to drought stress equivalent to 5% PEG concentration.
