摘要
文章采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对北京市某广场11.2m高无规律性开洞、荷载情况复杂的开洞薄壁锥筒形钢质灯杆在静荷载、动荷载作用下的应力、位移情况进行计算研究分析。其中、静荷载主要包括灯杆自身及其上部安置电气器材的重量,动荷载主要考虑到风荷载作用效应、偶然荷载作用效应。静荷载在模型中以不变荷载进行施加,动荷载以变化荷载的形式进行施加。研究的过程中主要通过对比不同形态、位置的孔洞在静荷载及动荷载孔洞集中应力的计算结果,总结出孔洞的形态、位置,动荷载等因素对结构不连续区域应力集中现象的影响。研究结果表明,在开洞处(结构不连续区域)更为容易出现应力集中现象,严重区域的集中应力值已经超出钢材的弹性本构关系阶段,达到了塑性本构关系阶段。其研究成果能够为以后类似灯杆设计、研究等提供经验及参考。
This paper using ABAQUS finite element analysis software analysis the stress and displacement situation of a 11.2 m high thin-walled steel cone tube with complex load and irregular open hole in a plaza in Beijing, under the action of static load, dynamic load condition. Among them, the static load mainly include the weight of light pole itself and the electrical equipment upper, the dynamic load mainly considering the wind load effect, accidental load effect. The static load applied in the model with constant load, the dynamic load in the form of a change load applied. This paper summed up the effect of hole shape, location, dynamic load on the structure discontinuous zone of stress concentration phenomenon in the process of study mainly by comparing the results around the open hole(the structure discontinuous zone)calculations of stress concentration with different forms, location of the holes in the static load and dynamic load. The research results show that around the open hole(the structure discontinuous zone) is more vulnerable to stress concentration phenomenon,the serious area concentrated stress value has beyond the elastic constitutive relation of the steel phase, has reached the stage plastic constitutive relations. The research results would provide experience and reference for the design, research, etc for future similar light pole.
