摘要
[目的/意义]认知神经科学领域的最新进展揭示了认知、情绪和社会过程的神经基础,为人类、组织和市场之间的信息处理、决策以及行为之间的复杂相互作用提供了新的见解。[方法/过程]本文介绍了利用认知神经科学工具开展IS研究(以下称为"NeuroIS")的文献。作者的文献来源主要基于Riedl等的综述,从以下2个角度进行文献分析:1)研究工具视角,该部分对与NeuroIS有关的方法、工具和测量进行了讨论;2)研究内容视角,该部分从脑神经区块可辨识的功能,即决策过程、认知过程、情绪过程和社会化过程进行分析。[结果/结论]文章最后对在IS研究中运用神经生理学的方法面临的一系列挑战进行梳理,并提出展望:NeuroIS研究的长期和主要目标是创建超越行为数据的强大预测模型;其次是开发新的搜索模型,用于解释信息刺激的生理和神经反应以及认知和情感状态对用户信息行为的影响。
        [Purpose/Significance]Recent advances in cognitive neuroscience are uncovering the neural bases of cognitive,emotional,and social processes,and they offer new insights into the complex interplay between IT and information processing,decision-making,and behavior among people,organizations,and markets.This paper introduced the literature of drawing upon the cognitive neuroscience tools to inform IS research(herein termed"NeuroIS").[Method/Process]The paper reviewed the emerging NeuroIS literature,based on René Riedl's literature search,from two perspectives,namely(1)the perspective of research tools,followed by a discussion of the methods,tools,and measurements associated with NeuroIS,and(2)the perspective of research content,these literature were herein grouped by four mental processes categories(decision making,cognitive,emotional,and social)to reflect the variety of NeuroIS literature.[Result/Conclusion]The challenges of applying neuro-physiological methods to IS research were also discussed.The paper concluded that there was considerable potential for using cognitive neuroscience theories and functional brain imaging tools in IS research to enhance IS theories.
