摘要
基于BIM技术把设计、施工、运营全寿命周期的工程信息进行模型化、参数化、集成化、可视化、数据化、协同化、模拟化、可优化,研究了BIM与工程量核定、工程量变更、竣工结算的关系及应用。通过对装配式混凝土结构工程运用BIM技术建立模型并进行指标分析,得出影响该项目工程造价指标中的关键性因素,为各方责任主体项目管理提供了依据、精细化控制要点。BIM技术的应用必将对工程项目成本全过程控制具有指导性意义。
Based on BIM technology,the engineering information of the whole life cycle of design,construction and operation is modeled,parameterized,integrated,visualized,data-based,collaborative,simulated and optimized,and the relationship and application of BIM with engineering quantity verification,engineering quantity change and completion settlement are studied.By using BIM technology to build model and analyze the index of the assembled concrete structure project,the key factors affecting the project cost index are obtained,which provides the basis and refined control points for the project management of all parties responsible for the project. The application of BIM technology will certainly have guiding significance for the whole process control of the project cost.
