摘要
引配水工程可显著提高平原河网水资源水环境的承载能力。针对宁波市区三江平原河网水系特点,以姚江干流为配水水源、以区域引排工程为手段,构建其水量水质联合调控模型系统,在计算引曹南线工程实施前后姚江干流向河网可配水水量的基础上,考虑河网的水动力及水环境改善效果,优化三江平原河网引配水格局,进而为宁波市区三江平原实施河网引水工程、优化配水调度提供技术支撑。
        Water diversion and allocation can significantly improve the carrying capacity of water resources and water environment of plain river network.According to the characteristics of Sanjiang plain river network system in Ningbo City,water quantity and quality united-control system was established.The model took the main stream of the Yaojiang as the water distribution source,and the regional diversion and drainage engineer as the method.The model was used to analyze how much available water supply can the main stream of the Yaojiang supply before and after diversion the water from Caoe River to NingBo City.Water diversion and allocation pattern of Sanjiang Plain river network was optimized by considering the improvement effects of water environment and hydrodynamic conditions.Through the above analysis,it provides the technical support to implement the water diversion and allocation project and optimize the operation of water diversion and allocation project in Sanjiang Plain of NingBo City.
