摘要
针对中硬高承压水煤层瓦斯治理周期长、突水威胁严重等问题,利用千米定向煤钻孔超前预抽代替底板抽采岩巷进行区域瓦斯治理,同时研制出基于煤层深孔定点密闭取心的瓦斯含量测试装置,解决了瓦斯防突措施效果检验参数难以测定的问题。该技术经在河南能源焦煤公司赵固二矿试验,实现了对600 m煤巷条带煤层瓦斯的均匀抽采控制,完成了超长区段一次性整体评价,保证了煤巷安全掘进,成为赵固二矿深部煤层区域瓦斯治理的新技术,可为类似地质条件的煤层区域瓦斯治理提供参考。
Aiming at the gas control problems of long cycle and water inrush serious threat in medium-hard and high-pressure confined water coal seam,by using kilometre-directional coal drilling instead of floor rock roadway to pre-draw coal seam gas,a device for gas content measuring based on fixed-point closed sampling of deep hole into coal seam was developed,so that the parameter determination problem for the effect test was solved.After the industrial test in Zhaogu No. 2 mine,the uniform gas extraction and control of 600 m long coal roadway strip was realized,and one-off overall evaluation of ultra-long section was achieved,which ensured the safe driving in gateway. The new technology of gas control in deep coal seam area of Zhaogu No. 2 coal mine provided a reference for gas control of coal seams similar to geological conditions.
