氟聚合物气袋在非甲烷总烃测定中的应用研究

摘要
为氟聚合物气袋在非甲烷总烃测定中提供理论依据,采用直接进样-气相色谱法对三种氟聚合物材质气袋中总烃本底和增量及非甲烷总烃回收率进行试验。结果表明:利用除烃空气置换清洗后,本底对总烃测定结果无影响。气袋样品需在室温避光下保存,同时建议泰德拉、特氟龙及Kynar气袋样品放置时间分别不超过48 h、12 h和24 h。为提高样品分析的准确性,样品于分析之前应置于加热装置中适当加热后再进样。
        To provide a theoretical basis for the determination of non-methane total hydrocarbons in fluoropolymer gas bags, the total hydrocarbon background and incremental and non-methane total hydrocarbon recovery in three fluoropolymer gas bags were determined by direct injection-gas chromatography. Rate to test.The results show that the background has no effect on the determination of total hydrocarbons after replacement with hydrocarbon removal air. Air bag samples should be stored at room temperature and protected from light. It is recommended that the sample time of Tedlar, Teflon and Kynar air bags not exceed 48 h, 12 h and 24 h, respectively. In order to improve the accuracy of the sample analysis, the sample should be placed in the heating device and heated before being analyzed before injection.
