益生菌发酵中药在鱼类养殖中的应用

摘要
目前用于畜牧养殖的无抗替代品种繁多,发酵中药作为近几年新兴的产业,在鱼类养殖中应用极少,但其综合了益生菌和中药的优点,在具有二者协调作用的同时还能产生新的活性成分和代谢物,具有新的疗效作用。现就益生菌、中药以及植物提取物在鱼类养殖的应用进行综述,并对发酵中药的发展前景进行分析与展望,为绿色环保新型鱼药的开发提供新的理论依据。
        There are a lot of antibiotic-free alternatives applied in animal husbandry.As a new industry, fermented traditional Chinese medicine rarely used in fish farming holds the advantages of both probiotics and traditional Chinese medicine, and exhibits new therapeutic effects, possessing synergistic effects while producing new active ingredients and metabolites.This paper mainly discusses the application of probiotics, traditional Chinese medicine and plant extracts in fish farming, provides an analysis and prospect of fermented traditional Chinese medicine, and offers a new theoretical basis for the development of new environmentally friendly fish medicines.
