脚板薯的组织培养与快速繁殖研究

摘要
为建立一套完整的脚板薯离体快速繁殖体系,以脚板薯茎段为试验材料,研究脚板薯茎段表面灭菌、丛生芽诱导、无菌苗增殖及移栽等。结果表明,脚板薯茎段丛生芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS+NAA 0.4 mg/L+6-BA 3.2 mg/L+烯效唑2.9 mg/L+活性炭1.2 g/L,诱导率为93.6%;丛生芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+NAA 0.7 mg/L+6-BA 0.8 mg/L+烯效唑2.9 mg/L+活性炭1.6 g/L+蔗糖40 g/L,增殖倍数为4.61,组培苗炼苗成活率达70%以上。本研究建立了脚板薯的离体快速繁殖技术体系,研究结果可为脚板薯的工业化育苗提供技术参考。
